Full-service Amazon account management
Advertising, Amazon SEO, creative, catalog and account health run end to end by one senior team, so you can run the business while we run Amazon.
Amazon account management services for established brands
Our Amazon account management services put your whole Amazon channel in the hands of one senior team. Advertising, Amazon SEO, creative, catalog and account health are planned together and reported against your revenue and profit goals. This is our Scaling Systems engagement, the full version of what we do.
It suits brands doing $500k–$30M a year on Amazon (most of our clients sit between $1M and $5M) that have outgrown running the channel in spare hours and don't want to hire and manage four specialists. Each account has an account lead who coordinates the specialists working on it.
The levers on Amazon feed each other. A listing that converts better lowers your ACoS, cheaper clicks buy more sales, and more sales lift organic rank. When a different person owns each lever, those gains leak between them. With one team, a search term that converts in an ad ends up in the listing copy, and a creative test that wins changes the bids too.

What coordinated management changes
Most of what a full engagement adds comes from decisions that touch two or more levers at once. Two examples from client accounts:
A home goods company ran two of its own brands from one account and one ad budget. They shared keywords and shoppers, and the value brand was eating into the premium brand's margin. We gave each brand a written position, its own budget and targets, and divided the modifier keywords so the two stopped meeting on the same searches. Over 12 months combined revenue grew 32%, from $264k to $348k a month, on flat ad spend, and blended gross margin rose from 31% to 39%. (Case study)
An office products brand held the top organic position on its strongest terms and still bought the ad above itself. Switch-back tests showed which of those clicks it was paying for twice, and the freed budget moved to terms where the brand ranked ninth or lower. Ad spend fell 27%, revenue grew 24%, and TACoS dropped from 27% to 16%. (Case study)
Neither fix fits inside one specialist's job. The first needed listings, budgets and keyword strategy changed together; the second needed someone reading ads and organic rank in the same report.

Two ways to work with us
We work with brands on one of two tracks.
- Scaling Share covers advertising, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and images. It fits brands with an in-house team that runs the catalog and operations and wants senior help on the levers that move sales fastest.
- Scaling Systems is full account management: advertising (including DSP where it fits), Amazon SEO, creative and content, catalog management, account-health monitoring, strategy and reporting. It fits brands that want one team accountable for the whole channel.
This page describes Scaling Systems. On the discovery call we recommend one of the two, and we'll tell you if neither fits yet.
How pricing works
Both tracks use the same performance-aligned model: a fixed base plus a small percentage of your ad sales. The fixed part is invoiced upfront and the performance part afterwards, based on your actual ad sales. We bill in USD and accept ACH, wire transfer and card.
The base depends on the size of the account and the scope of work. Because part of the fee moves with your sales, our income rises only when yours does.
Who it's for
Full account management works best for an established brand with real sales and product-market fit, annual Amazon revenue between $500k and $30M, and an ad budget of about $2k a month or more (ideally $10k+). Most of our clients sell considered-purchase physical products in Home & Kitchen, Health & Personal Care, Beauty, Home & Household, Toys, Pet, Baby or Outdoor, where better ads and creative change the result.
It isn't the right fit yet for pre-launch products with no sales history, accounts with broken unit economics, commodity products with nothing to set them apart, ad budgets under about $1,500 a month, or accounts that are suspended or under policy review.
Vendor Central (1P) accounts and brand protection are separate services: see Amazon Vendor Central management and Amazon brand protection.
One team or several contractors?
Many brands come to us after running Amazon with a freelancer for PPC, a designer for images and someone in-house for the catalog. That setup can work. Its weak point is the hand-off: each person optimizes their own number, and nobody owns the overall result.
| One team (full account management) | Several contractors | In-house team | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who owns the result | One accountable team | Split between providers | You, through your hires |
| Coordination | Handled inside the team | Falls on you | Falls on your manager |
| Skills covered | Ads, SEO, creative, catalog, account health | Whatever you have hired for | Whatever you have hired for |
| Ramp-up | One onboarding and audit | One per provider | Hiring and training each role |
| Reporting | One weekly summary across all levers | Separate reports in different formats | Built by your team |
| Cost structure | Fixed base plus a share of ad sales | Several retainers or hourly rates | Salaries, tools and management time |
A freelancer or a single-service agency still makes sense when one lever is clearly the bottleneck and the rest of the account is in good shape. In that case, start with Amazon PPC management or Amazon SEO on its own.
Amazon account management FAQ
Amazon account management services are an agency running a brand's Amazon account on its behalf: advertising, listing SEO, creative, catalog, account health and reporting. At Scaling Peak this is the Scaling Systems track, handled by one senior team that plans every lever together and reports against your revenue and profit goals. You keep ownership of the account throughout.
Scaling Share covers advertising, CRO and images, for brands with an in-house team that runs the catalog and operations. Scaling Systems is full account management: ads (including DSP where it fits), Amazon SEO, creative, catalog, account health, strategy and reporting. Both use the same fee model, and we recommend one of them on the discovery call.
It fits established brands doing $500k–$30M a year on Amazon, and most of our clients sit between $1M and $5M. Beyond size, the deciding factor is usually team capacity. If nobody in-house can own the catalog, creative and account health, Scaling Systems makes sense. If you already have those covered, Scaling Share or a single service is often enough.
In the first 30 days the audit is done, a new campaign structure and listing fixes are live, and account-health issues are triaged. Days 31–60 bring the SEO and creative rollout, the first A/B tests and the first monthly review. By day 90 we are scaling profitable ads and agreeing next quarter's roadmap. We set targets with you based on your margins and don't promise a specific number.
The fee has two parts: a fixed base and a small percentage of your ad sales. The base reflects how much work the account needs, and the percentage ties the rest of the fee to your sales. We walk through exact numbers on the discovery call, once we have seen the account.
Every week you get an executive summary that covers ads, organic rank, creative tests and account health in one place. Once a month we hold a strategic review against your goals. Between reports you can check the Scaling Pilot dashboard, which tracks competitors' advertising and organic visibility.
Not very, once onboarding is done. In the first weeks we need account access, your targets and margins, and some of your time during the audit and growth plan. After that you read the weekly summary, join the monthly review and make the calls that belong to the owner, such as budgets, pricing and new products. The day-to-day work stays with us.
Yes. You can start with a single service, usually Amazon PPC management or Amazon SEO, or with the Scaling Share track, and move to Scaling Systems when you want to hand off the rest of the channel.
Yes, they are part of Scaling Systems. We build and fix parent-child variations, update flat files, watch for suppressed listings, and open and follow Seller Support cases. For one household brand we consolidated 214 ASINs into 96 parent-child families; for a lighting brand we brought 31 suppressed ASINs back into search by fixing missing compliance attributes.
