Why creative decides what your ads earn

You can win the click and still lose the sale. Most Amazon shopping happens on a phone, and shoppers decide on the main image, the image stack, A+ content and video, often before they read a single bullet.

We are an Amazon A+ content and creative agency that also runs ads and listing SEO, so every asset is planned around the objections shoppers raise and the searches that bring them in. A higher conversion rate means the same ad budget buys more orders, which lowers ACoS, and the extra sales help organic rank. For the background, read our A+ content best practices.

What we create

Product photography

Studio and lifestyle photography produced to Amazon's image rules, including a white-background main image that reads clearly at thumbnail size in search.

Secondary images and infographics

An image stack that answers what shoppers ask before buying: size, use, what's in the box and why yours over the next listing.

A+ and Premium A+ content

Modular A+ that explains the product and cross-sells your catalog. For eligible brands, Premium A+ with larger visuals, video and interactive modules.

Brand Story

The brand carousel above A+ content, used to introduce the brand and send shoppers to other products and your Brand Store.

Brand Store

Store pages organized the way shoppers look for your products, built for browsing and for Sponsored Brands traffic.

Product video

On-listing video that shows the product in use and answers the objections photos can't.

Sponsored Brands video

Short, hook-first video built for Sponsored Brands placements in search and paired with the campaigns that run it.

How a creative project runs

  1. 1

    Brief and research

We read your reviews and customer questions, map buying objections and look at how top competitors present the category.

  2. 2

    Concept and shot list

We agree the visual story, the claim each image carries and the order the images appear in before anything is produced.

  3. 3

    Production

Photography, design and video produced to Amazon's specs and checked on a phone screen.

  4. 4

    Review and revisions

You review the drafts, and we revise them before anything goes live.

  5. 5

    Publish and test

We publish the assets, align them with your Sponsored Brands and DSP creative, and test the main image or A+ in Manage Your Experiments where the listing qualifies.

How we test creative

Where a listing qualifies, we test new creative in Manage Your Experiments, Amazon's A/B testing tool for brand owners. Half of the shoppers see the current version and half see the new one, and Amazon reports which one sold more. It is open to Brand Registry sellers on ASINs with enough traffic, and it can test the main image, title, bullet points, description and A+ content.

What we test first:

  • The main image, because it is the only asset shoppers see in search results and it decides the click.
  • The first secondary images, which carry the strongest answers to buying objections.
  • A+ modules that compare products or show the product in use.

For listings that don't qualify, we compare conversion rate and unit session percentage over similar periods before and after the change. Creative pays off twice when ads run on the same listing: higher conversion lowers ACoS and supports organic rank, which is why we usually pair it with Amazon PPC management and listing SEO. More on the method in our guide to Amazon conversion rate optimization.
